Meet the Founder
Hello! I am Michelle Chung, the founder of WE PAIR USA. I am also an immigration attorney based in New York City.
I founded WE PAIR USA on the belief that investing in education, especially in teachers, means investing in our children. As a parent, I have always been passionate about education and have well been aware of the areas that need improvement in the American educational system.
In this post Covid-pandemic era, we are witnessing an unprecedented magnitude of teacher shortages and systematic inadequacy in teacher training, science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), multilingual diversity education, early childhood education and special education. WE PAIR USA is the solution! We can bridge this gap by bringing qualified teachers from abroad and raising the bar for our children’s education.

As an immigration attorney, I understand the logistics of non-immigrant and immigrant status and have the global network to recruit qualified educators. I have dedicated my legal practice to helping families and professionals to achieve their American dream.
